No matter the rank, 7th, 1st or 71st, I would venture to say that even those in other countries who ranked us low would still LOVE the opportunity to live here.
I was thinking along similar lines. My best guess would be that non-democratic, not-very-wealthy countries make up the bulk of the countries in the world. Kind of interesting that the top 5 on the "admiration list" would be those who have very democratic, economically successful profile.Originally Posted by Mike Noel

I really wouldn't care that Attila The Hun, Hitler, or Rasputin might, were they alive today, have a rather low opinion of the U.S. or the other countries in the top 5. I'd be more interested in what Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, or George Washington might think of how the U.S. turned out as a result of their labors.
