Lets say one fine Sunday afternoon Elohim decided to reward the dog for his loyal service to man. Giving the dog the ability to speak. Not wanting to make the dog equal to man Elohim chooses to let the dog speak only 3 words. This was fine with the dog as he only had three things to say anyway.
