I'd say the person's mind hasn't embraced anything new for decades and that the review could have been written a year ago since it has everything to do with preconception and nothing to do with performance. I might say more, but I'd rather watch the world series in a different room (my 8 week old puppy ate the charger cord for my laptop this morning.)
