can either major party find an honest man ( or woman ) to run for any office anywhere ?

I beginning to wonder if it's possible for an honest person to win a political office in DC.

have you ever heard the term "power corrupts"....I think there are some/many "honest"politicians but the people that put them in those places are corrupt,our political process has made it difficult if not impossible to remove them from office...could you imagine if POTUS had NO term limit..I think the only way that we get back control of our govt is with term limits and elimination of lobbyists

Both Pat Buchanan and Eleanor Cliff of MSNBC predict that Hilary and Biden will switch roles in 2012. I could see Obama running Biden off but Sec. of State?

BHO may need the remaining Clinton loyalists out there to fight off being a one term POTUS, but not sure Biden's ego would allow him to step aside,I still think he has presidential aspirations of his own..Still think Hilary/Bill think they can beat BHO in a rematch of the "fairy tale"

And, I fear, many Independents. If she were to run in for either position it would not bode well for Conservatives.

I agree ...the conservatives have no current answer for her, because she is so much further to the right than BHO which puts her in the center...She also has foreign policy experience on her resume...

As much as it pains me to admit...the Republicans can beat Obama...I am not sure they can beat Clinton
