    I found that too, but not the one I was talking about. It may not be called Salt, but that is it's theme, salt from around the world. Like I said I saw it on the food network and it might be somewhere else besides NYC for all I know.

    There is a bill being proposed in NY banning the use of salt in food prep in resturants. $1000 fine. Salt can be on the table for patrons. I can't imagine it passing but alot of things have happened lately that I would never have thought could. I'll try and find a link.

    Salt is ridiculous, but trans fat has to go...so harmful, so unnecessary...

    there is definately more to salt that Morton's!
    If you can find it, Kauai red salt, from the Hawaiin island has the deepest flavor you've ever tasted. Sprinkle just a tad on your filet before searing, and it does wonders.
