Bait-O-Lympics

The trash talk here reminds me of a little game. A few years ago, some friends and I were sitting around a hunt test laughing about people who took themselves so seriously they got worked up over stuff on dog chat boards. So we made up the Bait-O-Lympics.

The rules were pretty simple, just lob out some bait and let the games begin. Medals were awarded accordingly:


Bronze = tattling or complaint to moderator
Silver = threating a lawsuit (rallying cry of white trash everywhere "I'll SUE you!")
GOLD MEDAL = Death threat

Yep, we certainly did offer titles including Master Baiter but to bring home the gold you had to be doing superior work at the open all age level...getting a subject so worked up you got a death threat. I'm betting if we could read your PMs Stan, you'd certainly be in medal contention!

Wasn't a meltdown. Just called you a jerk, which I"m sure you're proud of, and that you wouldn't say those things to my face. That's all. Hell, I didn't even qualify for a medal under those rules. Okay, maybe the jerk comment. Figured you'd also be proud to be called homophobic and Islamophobic.

No Dave, you'd have a hard time getting even a junior title, much less a medal. But don't worry, you're important and vital to the Games, because you're part of a small group that gets unusually worked up over real and imagined slights and continually fall into your own traps because you forget to engage brain before pushing the send button.
