I have no idea if this is still true but at one time if a relative took as a foster child one of their own relative's childen they did not get paid ( in OK ). That stopped the grand parents etc. from making money off of grandchildren etc. in OK. Some nut may have changed that rule by now. I sure hope not !!!!
