Hunting wild squirrels with .22 around here is right up there with Springtime gobbler hunting. Hunting squirrels with shotguns is frowned upon and not considered sport. One picks a spot and hides waiting for them moving tree top to tree top. I shot that black one at 50 yards and he only gave me a two inch target. He was hiding behind a tree with only his head out. Shot one through the neck while he was sitting on top of a dead gum tree at 40 yards. If anyone thinks it is easy shooting wild squirrels with a .22 they should try it sometimes.They don't sit still very long and if they spot a human, they haul ass.
Like I said, it's better than playing Sniper on xbox.![]()
