    Default Time between sessions

I know 2 training sessions that run about ten minutes each are best. Sometimes because of work I go in real early and don't get my morning session in. But i get off around 3, so i have 2 hours in the afternoon. Is it alright to do 10 min then wait an hour and a half then do another 10 min.

    What kind of training dakota?

If it's something mentally stressful I wouldn't do two sessions that close. If it's force to a pile and then some marks an hour later that sounds pretty good to me.

She's only 16 weeks. So basic commands and then some retrieving with some exploring in different cover thrown in. Just real simple stuff.

Two sessions of this within 2 hours should be fine.
Keep the retrieves to a minimum at this age, but exploring in different cover is marvelous for pups at this age. The more situations you can expose her to the better. Take pup with you as often as you can for socialization etc
    Good Luck
