You could tear apart one meal someone ate at home but ;
1. Compare to fast food
2. You are not comparing the food consumed during the day to the garbage eating person.
3. My house,yes the dinner last night wasn't loaded with your fiber obession. However, breakfast was oatmeal. Lunch was salad with fat free cottage cheese. Daily snacks were an apple, 2 bananas and a pear. This was DH's food who was working from home. I had less snacks.
