Looking for a trainer in Michigan

I have been lurking for awhile now and need help to find a good trainer in Michigan. I have been around hunt test in the past. (Before grad school)
I now have full time employment and a steady income. What I dont have is a lot of time. I am looking for a pro trainer to train and title my dog. I should say my next dog. I will be looking for a pup real soon. I will want to handle the dog myself at hunt test on occasion. I do have some experience in both HRC and AKC. I am in the central part of Michigan and would like to find a trainer in the state of Mi. Any help would be great, thanks.

Do you want to work with the trainer or have him/her do all the trainer and then hand over the reins?

I had good luck with Dave Davis. By the U P

I think he leans on the Field Trial training but I ran hunt tests just fine. My Puppy was about 6 months old.

To all who sent PM's thank you. I dont have enough post to pm you back. Tim Doane's name came up a lot. I got on his website and he claims to have run almost 50 hunt test this year and passed 100%. Is there any way to check this out?

I don't know Tim. I have nothing against Tim. I just think you might be reading something wrong on his site or someone sent you bad info.

I can't vouch for the numbers, but I've met him 2 or 3 times and seems like an honest straight forward guy. I've heard from others he's a good trainer. He's also, got a heck of a dog in Eli. I'm sure there are references he can supply you.
