Like a lot of things - if you have the correct connections you don't have to suffer for being stupid.

I liken it to the SF-Joe Montana syndrome, SF was cheating by offering personal services contracts through the DeBartolo construction empire to avoid the salary cap. Yet many think these teams were wonderful. & they were, but they were cheating!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw where one big institution borrowed 15 billion from the Ben Ber-Nank and 'only' had to pledge 185 billion face value collateral I can hear the conversation now..."Uh, Mr. Chairman we need to borrow 15 billion NOW but the only collateral we can pledge is this toxic pile of diarrhea" Aint central banking great!!! Aint GAAP accounting great!!! I'm sure once that loan was paid back the toxic diarrhea pile of collateral now sits on this co's books at only 15 billion. Right?

And a big congratulations to President Jobs Obama for his stellar jobs report this morning where the economy grew by a whopping 39,000 jobs. That's hope and change for sure. If spread out evenly among our 57 states that's 684 jobs for each state! Man, we're cruising now.
