    According to Wikileaks the rights to the David Mecey photos of Palin were purchased by theDiscovery Channel after The McCain Presidential campaign Blocked publication in 2009.

    If Palin had a rack like the one in the photo, she could probably get the majority of Republicans to vote for her and a few Dems as well.

    Seriously, if these were hidden bathroom cams or the likes...I would be completely opposed to their release. If they truly were willfully posed for Playboy, with her consent, and the rights were given the to photographer, then they are fair and legal game, if acquired legally.
