Having been in the doghouse alone I know what some go through. The main forum had been used by some one with an axe to grind to personally attack myself prior to my even knowing RTF existed. But I would note that even though I made the RTF doghouse, got kicked out of the club I had belonged to for 42 years, filed a complaint with AKC that they have never answered, Things have a way of working out.

I found out who my true friends in this sport were, many on this circuit have a lot of egg yolk on their face & the person spreading the lies won't have access to RTF for quite some time .

I wouldn't have remained if it was'nt for POTUS PLACE. There are some real Kernels among all the husks. & I think I'm as much a political junkie as most. Unfortunately at times, some of those threads with potential get side tracked by some fairly petty bickering. I'm sure the thread originators or thoughtful participants were'nt happy. The main forum is a real resource for newbies, there is a wealth of knowledge out there (again, kernels from corn husks) if folks will share, & many do.

But the main forum is not a forum for successful experienced people, so the few that share should be acknowledged, profusely. When I talk about experience, I mean those who train their own dogs mostly, have been around the sport through it's ups & downs (25 years or more) & in general are interested in improving the various breeds (JD's post), not how many awards they have piled up in their viewing room . Lanse & Dennis fit that characterization.

Is there some other JD out there Marvin? I'm not quite sure of your reference. JD.

BTW I got a reprimand (sp) or two along the way my ownself.

Well, thanks Marvin. I'm gracious enough to accept a compliment, but I only have 21 years in the games, not 25.
