My actions, maybe. My words, no.
Hoping that Fuller learns to deal with his inner demon(s) in a better way.

    Sticks & stones regards.
Fuller was in the front row and apparently became upset when Humphries suggested that any conversations about gun control should be delayed until all the dead were buried, KGUN reported.
Fuller took a picture of Humphries and shouted, “You’re dead.”

Sticks and Stones----------- Fuller did not have a gun in his hands when he said "You're dead" did he????? His actions did not harm Humphries did it???? Again Stick and Stones.

    Regards

No Roger you are wrong. This was a public direct threat made to the person. By any normal standard he directly threatened the person face to face. Is law enforcement suposed to wait to determine if he actually kills the person? A gun is irrelevent. Was it direct face to face intimidation? Of course it was.
Get your darn head out of the sand and look at the facts. You don't need to have a gun to inflict physical harm on a person.

Roger, you asked if anything the Tea Partier said could have (implied) made Fuller act as he did.

How can a man standing on a stage, discussing an idea, force Fuller to get " increasingly frustrated and agitated. Fuller then swiveled in his chair, raised his camera and took a photo of the pro-gun speaker, muttering, "You're dead," according to Joel Tranter, who was sitting behind him.
"I told him, 'You need to be respectful. You need to calm down,'" Tranter said. "He said, 'What'd you do, vote for this guy?'"
As police officers approached to escort Fuller outside, he turned and shouted at the audience: "You whores!"
He was being held Saturday for alleged threats of intimidation and disorderly conduct and will undergo a mental-health evaluation.

"He's currently in our custody and we're in the process of dealing with that investigation to see what charges will be made,"said Capt. Byron Gwaltney of the Pima County Sheriff's Department.

And while Fuller's actions could be a response to the trauma he suffered a week ago, said Dr. Laura Nelson, deputy director for the behavioral health sciences division at the Arizona Department of Health, Fuller had any one of a number of choices of action to Hunphries' (?) comments. Ho could have sat there and done/said nothing. He could have said "You're an idiot. " or something of the sort. Instead HE chose to say and act as he did, which, imo, could reasonably interpreted by a police officer as grounds for arrest in this instance.

So now I ask, How did Humphries MAKE Fuller do anything?

Fuller's statement was an implied threat of "I am going to kill you." Threatening to kill someone IS a crime, whether or not you actually attempt to do it.

I further agree with Dr. Nelson."I hope that he'll get the help that he needs to get through this very difficult time."

Isn't it kind of strange that someone who was the victim of the senseless violence, should foment the crowd when someone is urging calmness in the face of hysteria?

What was he going to do? Shoot him with his camera ( hey, I guess he did shoot pictures of Humphries) or maybe throw his camera at him

Fuller did not say he was going to kill Humphries he said "your dead". There is a difference.

An even different slant, is that she's on her game plan PERFECTLY....not as a potential presidential candidate, but a perpetual celeb who's only fame is that she's a celeb. Paris Hilton, Anna Nicole, Sarah Palin....

Her crazy talk keeps the spotlight and cameras glued to her every move. Her base is getting narrower and narrower, but they will continue to buy books and pay for rallies and speaker fees. She may be on the best game plan to secure her celebrity and financial future.
