Let me tyoe this real slowly for you Roger:
A govt employee stated that a partner agnecy has found weapons of mass effect in the the last fiscal year, chemical agents or weponized devices. He could not clarify his remarks as to exactly where the devices were found because he was interrupted by the PAO.

The subsequent CBP statement says only that the CBP has not found nuclear devices or materials at the port of entry. It does not deny that other agencies have found these materials or that CBP may have found these materials at locations other than poe's. It also does not deny that CBP found chemical agents or other devices.

Sometimes what govt agancies don't say is as important as what govt agancies do say.
