    Whittle attempts to underscore conservative values & philosophy with logical reasoning.
    So I guess you shouldn't care what he has to say.

    Why does anyone study history? From http://www.radford.edu/~hist-web/ The study of history is a window into the past that provides understanding of the present-day, and how individuals, nations, and the global community might develop in the future. Historical study instructs how societies came to be and examines cultural, political, social, and economic influences across time and space. It also builds the personal understanding of how we as individuals are the sum of a vast range of past experience and actors ourselves in the process of historical change.

    Why "rehash" all this "pap & dribble" over the Internet, as you put it?
    Imo, because often "The whole is greater than the sum of its parts".
    You may look at an isolated incident, such as the cancelliation of the missle defense system on the 70th anniversary of Poland's invasion as no big deal. And maybe in the grand scheme of Nature's God, it isn't.

    But to paraphrase how it was so eloquently put back in 1776, " The history of the present President of the United States is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world." And that's what Whittle and others are trying to do, submit facts.

    In my view, and as stated in that video you deride, these are NOT accidents or merely inexperience or incompetence on the part of this man, our current President. They are deliberate, intentional acts though made with feigned innocence, abetted by a willing, syncophantic media, meant to send a strong message and vital symbols to those that will see and hear. Barack Hussein Obama is transforming America's role in the world, whether we like it or not and things we've taken for granted are being cast aside. He came right out and said it in the SoTU speech, "we can't win the future with a government of the past".

    Well, if winning the future requires a progressively socialist tyranny that thinks it has the "duty", because it doesn't have the RIGHT, to rule every facet of not only my life, but that of my posterity, then I don't want any part of it. And I will do my best to copy & paste every blurb & blog that helps fight that "future". Call it "blathering & bloviation" whatever.

    Great post, Brian!

    But like Roger, DNF and other phoney 'independants' that claim they didn't vote for Obama, and don't agree with what he's doing frequently, you'll find them falling on the sword every time you or I point out how inept BHO is as the POTUS. It would be amusing if it weren't for how these liberal/socialists are facilitating this administrations unAmerican agenda.

    Only after another election in 2012, that removes ALL the politicians that have gotten away from doing the PEOPLE'S business, will this country return to it's roots of getting about the PEOPLE'S business as intended by its' founders.

    We can only hope the TEA Party and other like-minded Americans can overcome the SFN crowd, and the other class envy toadies. It is definately time to remove the 'lifetime' politicians that are only in it for the bennies and accolades for their welfare promises.

    And wouldn't it be nice if we could also 'vote out' the Jesse Jacksons and Al Sharptons in our society. After all their blather, you'd think their major audience would realize the only ones those phoneys are even remotely interested in bettering, is their own inner circle of goons. There was a time that some of the Black notables like Charles Barkley recognized that.

    OK I spent a little time and a couple cups of coffee reading Mr Whittle. I liked his thoughts about flying in small airplanes. I throughly disagree with much of his political and societal commentary.

    If you like it, so be it.

    Revisionism is not the study of history and does not make it fact, just opinion.
