in most jobs i have ever had. i had to work ...

to busy working for the unemployed and less fortunate welfare and
food stamp reciepents lately.

Well to stay strictly to the intent of the OP, Michelle being the unelected FLOTUS can take a vacation any time she wants, like some CEO's wife, though with her husband speechifying about sacrifice & belt tightening and such for the rest of us, she does appear to be a tone deaf arrogant bitch along the lines of "Real Housewives of... " out to live large and get hers while she can before the show is canceled.

As far as your last point I've got a few schools of thought:
1. Be thankful you have a job and are not on permanent/long term vacation like millions of your countrymen
2. If you can take one, better take it now because things aren't going to get any better in the near term.
3. Run for President yourself!

your right she can take a vacation any time she wants but on my budget?

also the comment on vacation days was to direct toward those that are
elected, hired or otherwise. exp. the president or any vice.

i am thankfull for my job but i do have 3 openings for fulltime if anyone
is looking. unfortunatly 99 weeks plus unemployment pay. most individuals i have
talked to tell me they are waiting till there unemployment benefits run
out. aint that a kick in the butt.

welfare foodstamps unemployment should be thought as a supplement
not a means of employment pay...
