    Default gov't shutdown- tax refund

So if the gov't shuts down as a result of Harry Reid and the dums will a tax refund be delayed. I'm not done fine tuning my return but send it now and maybe loose a few bucks or wait and then god knows when I will get back my stolen money?
    What would you do?

Why don't you ask your Tea Bag Republican Congressmen, they seem intent on shutting down the Government.

If you do it electronically, as my tax preparer says is now mandatory by his profession, it doesn't take but a couple of weeks.

Being retired and not doing much to make any income, my long range losses and previous tax offsets added up to a whopping $26 "REFUND" this year. Almost caused a heart attack. Haven't had one of those for so long, I'd forgotten that was an option.

Right now they will shut down on FRiday. That means my money will be held hostage. Worst part of all of this is that I know how much we need stolen per paycheck but can't get the correct amount stolen for 2 reasons.
    1. Total idiot that doesn't know what they are doing, classify income wrong, and have fought with the bimbo fo 5 years.
    2. Tax witholding rules. I pushed it to the limit based on the idiot not knowing the rules but can't go any further without triggering an auto audit.

Your inane STUPIDITY continues to piss me off. You are without question the single most pathetic human being I've ever encountered. Your asinine ignorance is one thing, but your slander of the Tea Party grass roots REAL AMERICANS is beyond the pale.

If any politicians are intent on shutting down this government, it's your party of braying donkeys that just can't see how they are killing this nation. With enablers like you to bolster their spending, they just continue to drive this country into disaster.

I recognize it's the plan of those smary bastards like Shumer to put the blame on the Republicans when the liberal/socialist/communist/unionist party doesn't pass ANY budget proposal, which causes the shutdown. And only blind idiots like yourself can't recognize who's at fault.

I'm in total favor of having this federal government shutdown for as long as it will take for all the teat-suckers like you to start squeeling. Once all the freebie money and handouts dry up, even you might realize WE ARE BROKE!!! THERE IS NO MORE TO BE "GIVEN" TO ALL YOU SFN HAYSEEDS!

If the Tea Party doesn't succeed in 2012, by electing fiscal responsible representives to run this nation, and get it back to some semblence of believability, you can bend over and kiss your posterior goodby, chad-counter. In the meantime, you can kiss mine.

Where was all your fiscal responsibility talk when Bush took us on the road to trillions in debt????????????? Now you want the Democrats to bail us out like Clinton did when he handed a balanced budget over to the Bush administration.

Tea Party Calls for Government Shutdown

If $33 billion in spending cuts is all the American people are going to get in a compromise with the Democrats--SHUT DOWN THE GOVERNMENT. I Boehner concedes and compromises to keep the government open, he will prove yet again the Republican establishment is no friend to the Tea Party. The Tea Party fired the warning shots.

“They say if we go to a government shutdown, we need to make sure that everyone knows it’s the tea party’s fault,” Tea Party Patriots co-founder Jenny Beth Martin said, characterizing the Democratic strategy to the crowd.

She was met with shouts of “Yeah, that’s right, it is!” and “Shut it down!” before she was able to finish, saying, “A government shutdown is Congress’s fault!”

I would be shouting along with those Tea Party patriots. Shut it down. If Republicans concede and keep the government running in exchange for a meager $33 billion in cuts, the Republicans will need to be shown the door in 2012 for real Tea Party candidates.

Ah yes the famous Clinton 'balanced' budget you mental midgets are so fond of referencing. As I recall, Clinton was held in check by a REPUBLICAN house that held the purse strings. But how easily numbskulls like you forget that bit of history.

As a further reminder, which I'm certain you have completely forgotten, because you don't want to acknowledge the truth...Pelosi and her fellow braying donkeys took over the purse strings about the time you want to excoriate Bush about all that spending.

How about your butt-bumping buddy Barnie and his corrupted Fannie...who he probably didn't prefer, due to his peckadillos...opting for his fav, Freddie. Don't imagine you could explain how their corrupt handling of that fiasco caused a monetary collapse.

You'll only see what your jaded views want you to see, Roger. And should this nation continue along the Obama path to ruin, I hope you look in the mirror and have the balls to fess up to your part in this destruction.

If you don't remember, I will remind you. When the budgets were brought up in the Republican controlled Presidency and Congress there was no mention of funding for the 2 wars Bush and the Republican Congress started. Obama included the cost of the wars in his budget to Congress and the Democratic Congress gave Bush everything he asked for but it came back and bit him in the a$$.
