Default a break from the BS

Here's a beautiful story with a happy ending. I can't imagine how those parents must feel about this little guy!

Boy, 9, uses CPR to save 2-year-old sister

Tristin Saghin might only be 9 years old, but he knew just what to do after his 2-year-old sister was found floating in her grandmother's swimming pool unconscious Sunday.

"I went running outside ... and I did CPR on her," the boy told affiliate KNXV in Mesa, Arizona.

God Bless PFC Jamie Harkness. The US Army's newest PFC, but still our neighbor's little girl!

I think tonight I'll ask my 12 year old if she's had CPR training. If not, maybe we'll get her some...

Both of my son learned it in high school. I know my oldest takes a refresher course every year. I asked him why? he said he never wants to forget it and hopes he never has to use it.

Heard the story on the radio today....good stuff indeed. Sorry, didn't read the article, but recall that the boy said he learned CPR from watching TV.....guess his sister won't grow up to be one of those "tv is ruining our youth" folk?
