I like to hear from previous clients and how their dogs are doing.
I got a Christmas email from Scout's (cream colored golden) owner at how pleased he was with Scout. He went on two upland hunts this year and Scout did great and was very obedient in the field.
Cabbie Lou and Briley went on their annual pheasant hunt in Kansas and were complimented on their work by the club owner. I also just got a picture of Cabbie and Briley with two limits of ducks with the comment that the girls did great. Cabbie is a CLF from Endless Mountain Kennels in PA and Briley is a YLF and is by Fenn.
Hank (by Pirate) has been doing great on his duck hunts. He missed out on a two limit hunt because of an eye and ear infection but is well and hunting again.
I hear from Huck's owner frequently and he is doing great. He used to train with me periodically but they moved to CA so I don't see him anymore.
I have posted videos of the above dogs doing various setups/drills with me.
Unfortunately, I don't hear from most people about their dogs. I encourage my clients to let me know how their dogs are doing.
I guess the point of this post is to encourage everyone to let your trainer know how things are going.
