Just read on the back page of our local paper that CA is on target to pass its own "Dream Act" ... college students who are illegal residents will get grants and waivers for community college, etc.

If I were a CA taxpayer, I'd be hoppin' mad. With so many legal residents who could use that aid, why would they do this?

The author of the bill is a Los Angeles Democrat. The sun or the smog must have gotten to his brain cells.
