I have heard that several bitches living together will affect their heat cycles, even make them almost totally go away. Is this a wives tale or is there anything to it?? Thanks again for the responses.

I have never experienced having their heat cycles "go away," but no doubt a bitch in season can bring other ones in the house in. I had a bitch on a truck one time when she was on the younger side and didn't really have her own established cycle yet and when any other girl would come in, even if mine had just been in 3 months earlier, she's be like "OK, I'll play along." Fortunately she eventually regulated herself and had a normal reproductive (and competitive) career.
I have used ovulplant twice. First litter was 8 pups, second was 10. Worked like a charm.

We found that our females seemed to come into heat at about the same time. This sometimes caused a problem with scheduling breedins so that there were not more than two litters on the ground at the same time (tried three at the same time and decided, never again!)
They say that when a group of military ladies are billited together that. they too begin to cycle together. Just think what kind of a war you would have if you had a whole brigade of ladies with PMS. I would not want to try to give them orders, one wife was enough for me! Bill

My girl is always late for her cycle and usually around 8-9 mos between them. My husband was going deer hunting and had a bottle of Doe in heat piss and she was nosey so he let her sniff it and about a week later she came in heat. Might have to use that more often so I can have her cycle at a more normal time of 6-7 mos. We did not plan on breeding at that time, but sure would like to know if that was what started her cycle so I can use it again.

You might look into ovuplant. I've had great success with it.
