    Default The Country's Problems

    Debt Burdan

    Deficit Spending

    Unemployment

    Terrorism

    Poverty

    Parenting

    Education

    Crime

Here are the primary problems...they have been present for years when either party were in power, with majorities and minority representation, and neither side fixes them. Now they promise they can, but it never happens and they blame it on the other.

Now given the affiliations of the democrats, it is hard to say out loud that you are a democrat, if you have any conservative thinking, because they are the party of the poor, gays and immigrants.

Now it easier to be a republican becuase they blame your problems on the poor and immigrants, and claim they are going to correct these problems, when they know they can't but you will vote for them because they speak as if they know your pain.

People like to say democrats are young because they pay no taxes and once they get older the will vote different. Lot of truth in that. Doesn't mean they are voting what is best for their situation but this is a fact. See once we start making some money, we are quick to say if the government didn't take from us we would have more. True statement, but both parties take and spend, but the republicans promise less taking and spending, when they don't mean it. But these newbees to making money are your voters, and how best to get them on your side than tell them you feel their pain. It's not fair for a wellfare receipent to have what you have and not pay for it when you are worring about making a payment.

Now lets get to the real truth. Republicans want these bums to have phone because it helps AT&T, but they want tell you that. They want the democrats to be the wasters of your money, when really the republican waste just as much but not in ways that have been polorized to us. The republicans promise tax cuts when they know they can't give them. The truth of the Bush tax cuts were that the country was in a good position when Bush took office and he was able to pass the tax cuts, that ultimately hurt the country, when he should have used this presumed excess to reduce debt. Clinton should have focus on debt reduction too, but that isn't really popular except before an election.

I assure you neither side will cure or help any of the problems listed above, but I assure you democrats will do more for the middle class than republicans, but you have to be part of the party of gays, poors, etc.

Blame our problems on the poor and immigrants? Do you have some sort of brain infection?

Fixed it for you!!!!!! It has little to do with party but a lot to do with lack of character. It's much easier to say Yes than No.

Sounds like someone has spiked Sambo's syrup this morning??? Without question, you have learned well by sitting at the trough of koolaid supplied by that poor demented mind of Roger the Dodger. You are both equally and pathetically misinformed toady Democrats, that don't even know how disastrous your messiah and his oligarchy are to this nation. Left up to you and your SFN crowd, this country would be another Greece within the next 4 years with Obama and his Democrats/socialists/marxists in charge.

    Poverty Personal Responsibility

Here are the primary problems...they have been present for years when either party were in power, with majorities and minority representation, and neither side fixes them. Now they promise they can, but it never happens and they blame it on the other.

As a country we absolutely MUST stop blaming our government for our own personal problems. It is time to take a look at the end of our pointing finger, and make changes within ourselves, our families, and our communities.

Now given the affiliations of the democrats, it is hard to say out loud that you are a democrat, if you have any conservative thinking, because they are the party of the poor, gays and immigrants.
If you do not agree with issues at the heart of a party, find another party. Core values matter. If you compromise your core values, what else will you compromise?

Now it easier to be a republican becuase they blame your problems on the poor and immigrants, and claim they are going to correct these problems, when they know they can't but you will vote for them because they speak as if they know your pain.
The most difficult thing to do is take a stand. Vote individually rather than party line.

People like to say democrats are young because they pay no taxes and once they get older the will vote different. Lot of truth in that. When Bush took office, 9-11 had not happened. There would be no excess regardless of tax cuts due to war that either side of the aisle would have waged given the information disseminated. They all want to scream "coulda shoulda woulda" ... but take a look and think long & hard.... either side "woulda" done the same.

I assure you neither side will cure or help any of the problems listed above, but I assure you democrats will do more for the middle class than republicans, but you have to be part of the party of gays, poors, etc.[/QUOTE]

Neither "side" will cure what ails us.... It is truly UP TO US. Quit looking for "the party" to "do more for you" and start looking to DO MORE.

CHANGE starts at home, CHANGE starts with me. I will get my house in order and teach my children to do the same. I will make a difference in my community. Through my actions I will teach others to do the same.

I agree with you. But we have a two party system that boils down to this. One is for the kings and the other is for the peasants, which we are neither. The question becomes are we closer to the kings or closer to the peasants. I think I fall closer to the peasants and perfer to watch the benefit go to the peasants more than to the kings. I guess I'm for the underdog.

HaHaHa!!! That is funny... Pelosi, Reid & Obama are for the peasants! I think you meant Pheasant under glass! They are there to take as much from the country as they can and keep they poor right where they are. The war against poverty has been going on for what 50 years?? Not making much headway if you ask me.

See you are more in line with the pheasants, because you know how to spell it. I'm really closer to the kings but I care more about the underdogs.

I am neither a King nor a peasant....but my effective tax rate last year was 29%. I make too little to get the big boy's tax break and too much to even get to write off my 2 kids. Yup, that's right... No child tax credit for me.
Why does being "for the underdog" mean you have to vote that way? Why can't you be "for the underdog" in your community? Get out there and help out where it's needed most?
Entitlement programs help the rich man and the government keep his foot on the neck of the poor. They cannot overcome the system you think is helping them. I'm sorry... I just don't see how the Dems are "for the poor". All I see is that they like em broke...so they will continue to vote for them. Otherwise, if they earned enough money, and paid enough taxes, they'd vote R. (just like you said)
