Close the beaches, part the seas, it's KIng Obama
So temps are in the 90's, kids are out of school for summer, but lets close the big STATE beach park so the chosen one can use it as his personal helo pad for a private fundraising trip.
Yup they closed Sherwood Isle for the whole day for the king. So will the campaign reimburse the state of CT for the lost revenue for the day?
Will the lifeguards get paid fpr the day by CT taxpayers, the Obama campaign, or not get paid at all?

NO not a fan, but honestly when I first heard about it all I could think about was being a teenager back in CT and making the 45 minute drive to go the the actual beach rather than the lake only to find it closed because of some politician and a helecopter. I don't agree with some of moves in office.
I also know that he took on the biggest mess when he took office as well.

Don't get yer panties in a wad. It's SOP for the SS to close any area the President (any President) VP or Presidential candidate is traveling in. A few years back NG helicopters fighting a fire along the river in ABQ were grounded when President Bush made a landing for a fund-raiser and the fire was allowed to burn.

BY the way this is a huge state park and one of the few real beaches (salt water) not a lake that all state residents have access to in CT. I bet there were a ton of ticked off teenagers in CT today. I know I would have been back in the day. May have even gotten in big trouble as a result. The stupid fundraiser was at some OBUMMA NUT's beachfront house so move the darn thing.
