I have been in support of Voter ID in previous threads, provided it goes into effect with a long enough grace period to be implemented.

Voter ID wouldn't stop this kind of fraud. These were staffers that forged signatures. It is too bad for McCotter. Even though he was a conservative, he was bright and articulate and formally a rising star. This ends an otherwise promising career by staffers who tried to cut corners.

They must have inadvertently got their hands on the rolls of the dead democrats that usually vote in Michigan. Too bad for McCotter.
