They took a vote on the floor to add it back in, the No's had it they didnt know what to do so they took the vote again, the No's had it again. I guess they ended up taking the vote three times, but they said it passed by 2/3 which now is really bad. The no's were much louder the poor little speaker looked around and didnt know what to do. If you listen it didnt pass.
