I know...but I also know that christians have hated them in the past too. I'm pretty sure the christian right was not planning on voting for him anyway too.
Did I understand the vote correctly? It seems to me that they amended the platform to recognize Jerusalem and to put God back in the wording.

I think both the sides got screwed the same in one week.
The Ron Paul rule change was voted on and sounded just like this Dem Debacle vote.
Neither should have gone through.
Paul should have been allowed to speak, and the DEM's should have kept their change.
