It should be a matter of concern that Joe Biden is a heartbeat away. I don't think he is an unintelligent person. I think he slips a cog or two when speaking, and that could be dangerous in a dangerous world.

I can hardly wait for the Biden vs. Ryan debate. Should be interesting.
Biden will make him look like an out of touch elitist and it will take Ryan a week to figure it out.
