I don’t try to spin religions. People have the right to believe what they will. It doesn’t have to coincide with what I believe. As long as the person governing doesn’t try to impose their beliefs on me, and doesn’t use them for the basis of how they govern, I don’t have a problem with their religion. Certainly, Wright was an angry man, and had no problem expressing that anger. I don’t know if Obama believes everything Rev. Wright espoused, but I don’t think he has governed based on Wright’s beliefs.

Thats a good one JD.....but hanging out on line is different than, hunting/fishing together or spending time other than the dog games together...I would venture a guess that most of us on here dont even know (or care) what each other's last names are, or would appear on each others Christmas card list

Au contraire, We do hang out together, both here and at HT and FT. Some of us hunt and fish together.
The forty some-odd visitors to this site every morning may indeed see us as 'hanging out together and make no differentiations, as they view it a site labeled POTUS PLACE, and statements made are viewed seriously, with little regard to our small community.

I think that it is pretty clear that not any two of us think alike on this forum. We may agree on a few things sometimes but not much. I sometimes even agree on a point or two with those opposed to my general beliefs. That said.....this is not like being a member of a certain church where one thinks that members have a common belief or set of beliefs. It is for arguing that we come to this board not for common beliefs. Well.......that's what I'm here for, to hear the different points etc. that each poster brings to the table. Then the counter points presented by someone on the other side so to speak are read with a great deal of interest by me.
