A close friend called tonight asking for help. A good friend of his has an 8 year old daughter who,as I understand it, has never said a word, feels no pain and has several seizures a day. She wears some kind of a helmet to protect her head when having the seizures. The parents have been told that there are service dogs who can predict the oncoming of these seizures as well as reduce their frequency. I've heard of Labs that can predict epilepsy seizures.
Anyway, I told my friend that if anyone knew of such a service animal, this is the place to look.
