    I dont watch Letterman,Leno,Conan,Lopez, Red Eye....I was raised on Carson and the Tonight Show...all the rest are pretenders and wannabees

    Franco: I may not see eye to eye with you on politics and FB, but you damn sure know what good eating food is all about...you must know where all the good eats are in your state...I think you need to put out a dining guide

    Come on down and I'll give you and your family a personal guide the best hole in the wall dining places around. I prefer family operated diners with creative menus. But, you will have to cook some arryos com polleo (Sp)!

    No on the arroz con pollo...yes on the chicken adobo- Filipino style, pansit palabok,and fried lumpia and for dessert either halo halo or lychee nuts with sorbet and jackfruit ...

    That's what I meant!

    Long ago, I escorted my late father to the closing ceremonies of the U S Naval base at Subic Bay. Two dishes that I remember from the trip are Chicken Adobo and Pialia(sp). It's a dish made with rice and lots of different seafood.
