You know ,,,thats a good idea. I think people should have to pass a logic test in order to vote. I'll bet that would turn the tables drastically.

Clark Howard was talking about phone bills today on his radio show and he stated that polls show that cell phone bills are a large family expense. That expense is taking a big chuck of the family budget that was once used for clothes and entertainment. This is how you get votes. Like I have stated before we have not hit bottom yet. God help us.
