i tried to put new batteries in my collar that went great tried in the transmitter and the screws sizzed up cant tighten or loosen them and the heads are stripping put lube on the screws like dogtra said and it still wont work. need help.... thought off cutting the screws off and ordering new screws and back cover and try retapping ?
