If the link won't open, she says he's been hanging around her farm a week. Good manners, great with other dogs and animals. Has an electronic collar on it, loves to retrieve, young intact yellow male Lab. It's a very rural area, I thought he might have been someone's hunting dog that got lost.

The collar receiver should have a serial number on it that may be enough for the manufacture to trace if it is a TT or other that may have actually been bought direct and not from PetSmart or something.
see if the vet can find a microchip. It doesn't seem like anyone would dump a dog with an e collar so I would guess someone is looking for him or at least I hope so.
No trouble catching him, he's very friendly. I think a Lab Rescue person has stepped up and offered to take him but I was hoping we could find his owner if they were looking for him.
If it is an invisible fence collar, that thing at the top holds the battery, unscrews, might be the serial number or some other info inside of it.
