    Default Akc ukc????

Is there a way to get a AKC lab to be registraterd to UKC. Cause im about to get a puppy that is
AKC registraterd but i want to be able to put him in UKC/HRC hunt test. Is that even possible? If so how do I do it?

    Thanks

Yes it's possible and pretty easy. See here.... http://www.ukcdogs.com/Web.nsf/WebPa.../HuntingSingle

You're welcome. Note that I chose Labrador Retriever for the breed. I don't think it's much different for other retrieving breeds but you might want to
check if that applies to your dogs.

That's just if dogs in your dogs pedigree have UKC numbers. If they do, you can include the number and it will show up on your UKC registration.

The easiest thing to do is just send in a copy of your dogs pedigree. You need to send a copy of your AKC pedigree anyway.

You just leve that field blank.

Send a COPY of your puppys AKC pedigee showing the parentesregistration numbers and the litters regitration numbers.

Read down the form farther it say:

    1. All applications must be accompanied by proof ofregistration with a UKC-acknowledged registry as wellas a complete three generation pedigree. SingleRegistration rules and requirements may varyaccording to breed. If any questions, please contact
the registration office at the United Kennel Club.

There is also a contact number on that form also. They are very helpful with questions you may have.
