That really is neat. Good to hear the training philosophy of the time.
Also, the trainers can be seen sending dogs with their hand next to the dog's head with a little swing forward of the hand. That's the way I had learned it. (I was told by a "youngster" that I was doing it wrong.) A while back this was the subject of some discussion on the forum.

That was interesting...sent me back to the bookcase...Charles Morgan on Retrievers one of the first retriever books I ever bought back in 1974 ...dates me a bit and as one of my younger co workers use to tell me...you are older than dirt.
