Yes I saw that and something on ABC news as well where they brought two gang groups together to discuss. They showed kids living in Chicago afraid to go outside, had bars on their home windows and it was because these gangs attacked them. This is sad!!! Same probably goes on in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I don't know how we as a society curb this insane violence!!

I wish I had the answer to this one. Many blame a lack of jobs, opportunities for the young people, blah blah blah. Was murder a big issue during the Great Depression? Not hardly..Society/families pulled together. "Family" in the true sense of the word may be the answer. Who knows....
