LIGRC had a successful Fall Hunting Test. We had 73 entries and moved quickly. Lunch was provided for all and there was a dinner buffet on Saturday for all who worked. And it was a pleasure to watch a lot of good dogs. (Pinky, the toller, was quite a spitfire and I hope she returns.)
Those running Master Hunter were treated to two flyers in the last series. In addition to that the dogs were worked in a goose spread that included 6 Canada floaters and a snowgoose spread of three dozen shells, silhouettes, and rags. One veteran commented that he had never seen this before, liked it and will now train for it.
