I was thinking that Jay Carney (WH Secretary) might deserve a pay raise. I'm not sure he is adequately compensated for what he does.

Nah ... after this job, even with 99 wks of unemployment benefits he might never be able to find another job. Sometimes it looks like he really is finding it painful saying the things he's been given instructions to say.
