Games are played on the field, all polls suck (including political), to many biases and agendas built in to the predictions.

Lot of football left, and they are just college kids, most likely there won't be but 1 or 2 undefeated teams left in a month.

And, I agree with Franco about the SEC being head and shoulders the best conference this year, BUT should Alabama lose today and Notre Dame and one other big conference team remain undefeated at season end, the SEC will be watching the National Champinship from the sidelines.

Just for the record I have very fine dogs. Some of the best in the whole country....or at least on my own block anyhow.

With 6 NC's in a row, the BCS folks would love to see a champ game with zero SEC teams, so as to keep the interest up with viewers outside of the SE portion of the country.
Where do we go without great leaders for the defense of our liberties? Who will defend our right to live our lives _as we chose_ without others taking that from us? The answer is, as it should be, no one. We are the defense of our rights and should always remember that. Libertarian blogger

It almost happened last night. If Bama had lost you would have gotten a Oregon vs. ND national championship. Honestly I cannot believe that LSU lost that game they looked better then Bama 3/4 of that game. they just couldn't get the points when it mattered.

Les Miles choked, plain and simple.
