Default Hey Early Voters, Give Us A Report

When did you vote, what kind of crowds, any problems?

Kathy and I voted last Friday which was the end of the first week of early voting. We voted around lunch time. There were about 15-20 people there to vote and that number remained steady while we were there. I asked one of the volunteers if they had a good turnout and she said they had a constant flow of folks coming in but never any long lines. My daughter in law voted early last week and reported only a few people there when she voted.

I live in the republican end of forsyth county, NC. The lines have been out the door and round the block at the early voting station for days. I pass by it all the time. Local liberal media is silent but they were all over and bragging in 2008 about the lines back then which were in BUMMAs area, the taxpayer sucking leaches zone!!!

I voted last week, and by the statewide reports the D's outnumber the R's but there is an estimate that if they dont outnumber them by at least 50k by end of voting today that the D's are in for a nail biter ..

personally I think Romney will lose Nevada but win in states that were thought to be out of play, and Ohio will not be a factor

The Dems were handing out example ballets before you entered the building. Of course the sample ballet was filled out completely Democratic. How many sheep used it to vote.

I voted early today. The first time ever. As I posted in another thread, because I have a 9AM doctor's appointment on Tuesday. I live in a blue state and a blue county. There was nobody handing out anything. There was a sample ballot posted in the lobby of the County Courthouse and some pickup pamphlets explaining the changes to be made to the State Constitution, and some bond issues. The line was short, about 10-15 minutes, but remained steady.
The staff inside was efficient, and I believe honest. I was prepared to show ID but was not asked to. My name has been on the voting roles in this county for thirty years, and though I don't know on a first name basis ala Ken Bora the gramma's who asked my name DOB and address, I also did not see any threat of voter fraud nor voting by illegals.
I will reiterate Gooser's plea though...vote...don't stay home.

We live in a rural county in Calif. We mailed in our ballot a week ago. Calif is dominated by Dems who keep voting for Pelosi, Boxer, and Feinstein. Of the three, Feinstein seems to be the only one worthy of any vote.
