Neither of the Dakotas has a LARGE population of anybody and the word you were looking for is "aboriginal".

Government dependency is a sure way to keep a person of any color in slavery. Buzz sorry to bust your bubble, but I'm not scared of black people.

I.am glad to hear that he is legit, but they should not allow him to dress that way if he's a poll worker
Is there an established dress code for poll workers? I don't see the guy intimidating anyone at all. If him standing there is intimidating, that's a stretch.

Did you see any of the other workers dressed like that?
Pollworkers should wear comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing

In the brief clip I saw, I didn't see any of the other poll workers. Who decides what is appropriate clothing? Is there a written dress code for poll workers? The other workers must not have seen any issue with his attire. His clothing seemed to be keeping him warm. He also did not look like he was uncomfortable with the footwear he chose.
