Yes, absolutely the wrong link, although I had posted that one on the "Second Amendment" post last night. Took me a good hour and a half to read it but thought it was really interesting and great perspective on how the 2nd amendment came about. Really liked the part where Scalia says that the constitution doesn't grant us the right to bear arms but that it is a human right and the 2nd amendment prohibits the government from infringing upon it. A very salient point.
