looking for and importing chocolate labrador puppy !

my name is benjamin and i live in France. (i'm sure you know Paris!!). so first i would like to excuse me for my poor english!
i'm fireman and i'm passionated by retrievers. my wife is vet.
we've got 2 goldens: a male who is 5 years and a female who is 2. they are dual purpose goldens. my wife do shows with them and i do field trials.
last year, i needed an other dog for my job, i'm in the rescue dog team. so i started to look for a labrador chocolate from working line. but in france, there isn't any breeder of chocolate labrador from working line...only shows dogs. everybody told me it's impossible to do that.... so i decided to find a chocolate labrador from working line!!!!
i've looked for everywhere in Europe and i only found 2 or 3 lines in UK. I 've contacted a lot of breeders and one of them was very very sympathic and had the perfect litter! so i did 3 000 kms to pick my dog and i've now the only female chocolate from working line in France!
she is everything i hoped!
Now, i don't want to stop here, so i'm looking for an other! a male! and i would like to import him from US because i've done a lot of researches and i'm found of your working lines!
so i was wondering if you could help me to find the dog i need? i will not be able to import a lot of dogs, cause it's very expensive so i can't do mistakes.
i'm building my house so i will be able to take my new puppy in about 9 months.
i need the breeder could keep the pup until his 15 weeks because we have to wait 3 weeks after his rabies vaccination.(so 12 + 3)
i have had very good contacts with American breeder but keeping the pup 15 weeks can be a problem.
so if you think somebody can help me in my process, i'm very interesting!

You might consider purchasing a started dog. That is a dog that is not a little puppy and has some training. Started dogs typically range in age from 5 months to several years of age. Training levels can vary. You might also consider buying a black dog that carries chocolate. Your litters of a black- chocolate factored male to your chocolate female would produce black and chocolate puppies. (Also yellow pups if both dogs also carry yellow). Ensure the dog has both parents with health clearances. Ask to see proof of results or look them up on www.offa.org. Not all clearances are listed for a dog on that website though. Do some research on health clearances.
