Interesting question. I have wondered the same thing. I would guess that you will get a lot of very different answers to this question. TIC......... It seems like some women think "looking presidential" means "tall, dark and handsome". Of course "handsome" means different things to different people.

I take it as the person bieng not brass, or argumentative to a point of bieng disrespectfull to the oposition. Its kinda like what Joe Biden did at the VP debate. Laughed, interupted and was just plain rude. Not presidential at all.

It means that the voting public cast their vote based on "looks" more than "substance".
Where do we go without great leaders for the defense of our liberties? Who will defend our right to live our lives _as we chose_ without others taking that from us? The answer is, as it should be, no one. We are the defense of our rights and should always remember that. Libertarian blogger

it all started with our GREAT First President, and this painting of him. He set the bar for the rest to follow. Imagin if he had been huddeling in the bottom of the boat, life vest on? I wonder how some that followed would look, crossing an ice filled river in the dark in a small over loaded boat??? Makes ya wonder!

To me a President should comport himself with dignity and grace (minus any animus), be sartorially resplendent and display impeccable tonsorial accumen.

    It's in the details.................

Glad to see you took something away from that other thread! (Well said)
