After a recent PM, I think we need some different icons here. The smiley faces are OK, but I think we need some canine body language icons. If I had been thinking a bit faster, I would have suggested that the sender could put his hackles down as I was pretty sure that the other poster had his butt up and was wagging his tail. Would be nice to have some icons like that. Will let some of you more computer literate folks look for those.

The first one is a bit crude for my taste, the second one doesn't really represent something that dogs actually do, but that third one is about right. I'd like to see one like pluto asking to play (down in front, tail end up, tail wagging), a profile showing alert, and perhaps hackles up without teeth bared, then, of course we need sitting, head tilted confused or quizzical.

I just pulled the same one up.
HPL, it's easy. do a search...save the image...then upload to a server like photobucket...copy and paste the url in your text body.
I haven't played with RTF pic's yet, but intend to.
I hadn't been to my photobucket account lately, and there have been changes. They are mostly intuitive, but if I'm going to learn a new way way I might as well play with the RTF.
There are ways to create your own emoticons and gif's but I haven't spent the time as yet. I'm still trying to learn the voice thingy on my smart phone so I don't have to type.
This little guy, going so hard in circles reminds me of many of my conservative friends here on RTF.
Will he catch his tail? Oh, maybe someday. JD
