I'm looking for a lease contract for a female for breeding. I could throw one together, but I'm sure there are those of you out there that are familiar with this sort of thing.

Hey Ang,
You might know but the AKC has a lease option for registration.
No matter what contract you do, make sure you do that also.
Went down the road with that situation and the AKC always says it will honor a written contract.
Fact is they will not, you will end up dealing with Rowena in AKC customer service and you will get lip service.
Discipline is no excuse for a lack of enthusiasm !!
