    That is an excellent pairing but do you realize that you can no longer produce,manufacture or sell foie gras in the state of California...and the # 1 seller and distributor of foie gras was located just outside of San Jose Ca....we have seen an upsurge of orders from our Calif guest who realize they cant get it anymore back home

    we used to serve fried quail, and a chef I worked for was a James Beard Award winner with his dish of South Carolina shrimp and grits.....our creamy polenta is basically refined grits.....

    Your palate is a lot more educated than you think.....I bet even our pastry chefs cant duplicate your chocolate chip cookies

    we can always go train dogs with Al Wilson and KJ Rice...Al usually buys me lunch when I throw birds for him

    KJ is lots of fun to hang around with....heck if we try we can get Fred H to come out and join us
