Labrador Breeder in Portugal or Spain?

A professional hunting in South Africa just retired in Portugal. He's looking for a Labrador locally. He is a Brit but doesn't want to import if he can avoid it. Any of you know a reliable breeding in Portual? Or even Spain?

I know he'll appreciate any information you have.

Have him contact the folks at this duck hunt lodge near Toulouse France. They cater to Brits and do a sort of high pheasant shoot thing only with ducks. They have a bunch of dogs.
